Parivartan Mahila Sanstha was started in the year 2000 from a collective belief— that when women rise, entire communities transform. What began as a focused effort on women’s empowerment has today evolved into a powerful grassroots movement reaching children, tribal families, destitute girls, and elderly women.
Rooted in the most underserved regions of Maharashtra, Parivartan works where the need is deepest— creating opportunities where none existed, restoring dignity where it was lost, and nurturing hope where it was once fragile.
With a strong community-driven approach, the organisation empowers people not as beneficiaries, but as leaders of their own change.
Through education, livelihood, care, and leadership-building, the organisation has impacted thousands of families—building ecosystems of trust, resilience, and self-reliance.
